Return Window:

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send your item back.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • returned with all packaging, accessories, tags

Return Costs:

A. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • There is no cost to you.
  • We cover the return shipping.
  • You will receive a prepaid shipping label once we confirm the issue.

B. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons (wrong item ordered, no longer needed, or it doesn’t fit):

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. This cost is not reimbursed.

How to Return an Item:

A. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@dearhobbies.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.
  2. Receive Prepaid Label: We’ll send you a prepaid return label along with easy-to-follow return instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Place the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

B. For Change-of-Mind Returns

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@dearhobbies.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.
  2. Get Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we’ll email you packing guidelines and a return reference , and we’ll confirm the correct return address for your order (see the return address below).
  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item with all original packaging, accessories, and documents.
  4. Arrange Shipping: Ship through your preferred carrier and cover the return shipping fee.
  5. Return Address: 4 Fundrey Road, Wisbech PE13 3TP, United Kingdom. Please wait for our confirmation before sending your parcel so we can assign your return reference and avoid delays.

Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  2. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
    The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
    (Actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.)

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees.
Restocking fee: 0 GBP on all eligible returns.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color:

Non-Returnable Items:

All products sold by Dear Hobbies are eligible for return under our 30-day return policy.
We do not sell non-returnable items.
