Include your order number, a clear photo of the package and shipping label, and a photo of everything you received. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement for the missing item/part at no extra cost or issue a refund for the missing item.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress until it arrives at your door.
