Getting the Right Fit

Measure your thigh circumference about 14cm above the kneecap and match it to the size chart.
Position the brace so the open-patella ring sits centred over the kneecap.
Fasten the bottom strap first, then the top strap, adjusting each independently.
Check that the copper hinges sit flat along each side of the knee without twisting.
Take the hinges out if you'd rather a lighter, unstructured feel for lower-intensity wear.

Tip: This brace runs large — size down if you're at the upper end of a size range.

Care and Maintenance

Remove the copper hinges before washing.
Hand wash the fabric shell in cold water.
Air dry away from direct heat.
Reinsert the hinges only once the fabric is fully dry.
