Setting It Up and Using It

1. Fully charge the built-in battery over Micro USB before first use.
2. Insert a memory card if you want to save photos or video (sold separately).
3. Power on and rotate the focus ring while viewing the 1.54-inch screen until the image is sharp.
4. Cycle through the 7 IR brightness levels to match ambient light and viewing distance.
5. Use the zoom button for up to 5× digital zoom.
6. Press the photo/video button to capture a still or start recording.

Care and Storage

Wipe the housing and lens with a soft, dry cloth. The IP56 rating handles rain and dust, but don't submerge the unit. Store between -30°C and 70°C when not in use, and stay within the -20°C to 60°C range during use.
